Once your cup leaves my possession (whether shipped or picked up locally), I am no longer responsible for any damage, leaks, or breakage that may occur during use or transit. 

All Sales are final - no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless under special circumstances, or if a local customer is mistakenly charged for shipping.

Shipping Information:

• All shipped order include $100 USPS insurance to help protect your purchase in case of loss or damage during transit. 
• Once your package is accepted by USPS, it is out of my control. Please contact me and I can assist you with contacting USPS to file a claim.

Important Care Information:

• Cups are designed for cold beverages only.
• Do not use with hot liquids or expose cups to extreme heat or rapid temperature changes, as this may cause cracking or damage. 
• Hand wash only. Avoid soaking or scrubbing the exterior design.
